Current Campaign
Your Rest Assured - Healing Starts with Comfort
The Rocky Mountain House Health Center is launching a vital new campaign: Your Rest Assured - Healing Starts with Comfort. Our goal is to raise $585,000 to replace 42 hospital beds, stretchers, and labour & delivery beds across all areas of care to ensure patients receive the comfort, safety, and healing environment they deserve.
Many of our current beds are more than 15 years old, with broken parts and no replacements available. These beds have reached end of life, creating challenges for both patients and staff. New beds will bring:
- Comfort and healing for patients during recovery
- Enhanced safety features to protect patients and caregivers
- Pressure injury prevention through modern technology
- Consistency across all units, allowing staff to quickly and confidently use features in emergency situations
Beds are an essential part of patient care and healing. Together we can provide our hospital with the equipment needed to strenghten safety, improve outcomes, and support all patients who depend on the hospital in their time of need.

Heart of the Community
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the Rocky Mountain House Health Center is now equipped with new state‑of‑the‑art cardiac care monitoring systems. These systems allow physicians to access vital cardiac information promptly, improving response times, advancing patient care, and enhancing patient safety across all areas of the hospital.
Together, we reached our campaign goal of $444,000 — a milestone made possible only through your support. From our hearts to yours, thank you for helping us strengthen cardiac care for patients in our community.

The healthy heartbeats campaign set out to raise $75,000 to purchase new fetal heart monitors for the acute care and ER. Thanks to the generosity of our community this campaign was successful! Operation Healthy Hospital Enhancing the Operating Room, Endoscopy and Maternity/Newborn
Goal: $250,000
Operation healthy hospital campaign started in 2021. The purpose of the campaign was to purchase operating room, endoscopy and maternity / newborn equipment. The ask was $250,000 with the goal to purchase instruments supporting the General surgery and gynecological operations offered at the site. Funds raised helped purchase new Operating Room lights and instrument sets, endoscope washing equipment, fetal monitors, jaundice therapy lights and meters, autoclave, and instrument washer. Thanks again to our generous donors for providing what we needed!

Flush 2020 Away
Goal: $20,000
This was an opportunity to donate and flush away Covid in 2020! The Rocky Mountain House Health Centre was struggling with outdated toilets that were no longer accessible for patients with mobility issues or who were more than 300 pounds in weight. Community donors stepped up to help to raise the necessary funds to replace all the old toilets in the acute care and emergency departments. We knew this would be a big ask for community donors but again we were not disappointed with a generous response! Today the toilets are all floor mounted and taller so that they are safer and easier to use for all of our patients. The flush away 2020 campaign was also a great success!
