Operating Room

The Operating Room is busy 4 days per week with the completion of surgical procedures, colonoscopy and gastroscopy.

Patients who are provided anesthesia are closely monitored as their breathing is supported. Following the procedure, patients are recovered in the Surgical Day Care unit until ready for discharge home, or admitted to the Acute Care unit.
